Wisconsin’s Digital Library
The Racine Public Library is part of the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium. You can access ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines through Wisconsin’s Digital Library or its app, Libby. You can download the app to your Apple or Android device. You can also read materials right in your browser.
