Summer Reading Program
June 3 – August 10
All ages are welcome to participate in this years summer reading program. Forms will be available on June 3rd online and in the building.
Youth (Birth – 5th grade)
Youth are invited to read or be read to a total of 10 hours. For every two hours that they read, children can come in and pick a coupon of their choice. Once they complete 10 hours they get a prize of a book of their choice. Reading records can be picked up at the Youth Services Desk or can be downloaded from the libraries website beginning June 3, 2019.
Adult and Teen Book Review
Adults(18+) and Teens(Grades 6 – 12) are invited to write book reviews for books that they read this summer. Adults and Teens can place their completed reviews in the prize drawing basket for their chance to win a prize. Winners will be drawn at the end of the Summer Reading Program. Book reviews are available in the Adult Services Department by the Reference Desk or the Bookmobile beginning June 3rd. The book review sheets can also be downloaded from the libraries website.
