The Racine Public Library’s Home Delivery Service connects patrons to a wide variety of materials they are not able to access on their own. Once enrolled in the program, patrons share their interests and needs with a library staff member who will prepare and schedule those materials for delivery; rotating out with new items every delivery/pickup.
Residents of Racine County living east of I-94 and who are unable to come to the Main Library or Bookmobile.
Materials Available for Home Delivery Service
All formats of materials are available for home delivery. Each delivery will be limited to one bag of materials or approximately 15-20 items.
Delivery Schedule/Loan Period
Delivery dates and times are coordinated upon acceptance into the program. Deliveries and pickups are scheduled approximately once a month, but may individually be set to help meet the needs of each patron, as resources provide.
Home Delivery Service is free. Overdue fines are not charged on home delivery materials, but the library’s standard fee schedule applies for damaged or lost items.
